  2. Use a safety harness when using an elevated stand.
  3. Treat each firearm as if it were loaded and keep the muzzle pointed in a safe direction.
  4. Be sure of your target and what is beyond.
  5. Don’t hunt or drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
